Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
