All bicycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a reinforced heavy-duty box. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the complimentary tool kit included in your order.
What is the warranty policy on Lebel frames?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all Lebel Bicycles frames for the original owner. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my bicycle if it is not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return the bicycle in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While our bikes are designed for easy home assembly, we partner with local bike shops via our 'Ship to Shop' program. You can choose to have your bike delivered to a local partner for professional assembly and safety tuning.
